Mindset. Nutrition. Lifestyle. Family.
You can be a mom, enjoy food and health simultaneously, and set a great example for your kids.
Our wellness is connected!
When I learned I was having a daughter, everything changed. I had treated my self and my body horribly for over three decades, viewed my worth by outward appearance, and did things to please others even when I didn't want to. I knew I had to break the cycle, because I don't want my daughter (or son) making those same mistakes.
I combine my passion for women’s health, my expertise from 19 years as an educator, and 15 years in the wellness industry studying nutrition, the mind, habits, and behaviors, so that I can help other women break free of shame and disregard so that they show their kids what self-love actually looks like. Our example is their best teacher!

I have told everyone I know who struggles with these common obstacles like I did about Elisa, because I know how life changing she can be - because she definitely changed mine!

What I love most about Elisa's coaching is that it's not all or nothing. Having choice keeps me motivated and excited for change, knowing that I don’t have to be “perfect” which takes the fear of failure away. I take what tips I can fit in, and work toward adding more when I have the bandwidth and stretch to grow more on that front. So much value.
