Could You Use a Pocket Coach?
If you want or need someone:

What a Pocket Coach is NOT:
- Your teacher. There are no videos or courses to watch. Of course you can do this separately. And my podcasts are always free!
- Your police officer. There are no tickets, no warnings, or guilt trips.
- Your therapist. There are no counseling sessions, pick-me-ups after a bad day. You absolutely can tell me you’ve had a bad day, and we'll work with it - we just won’t get into root causes.
What a Pocket Coach IS:
- Your coach. I’ll give you parameters, feedback, and corrections based on the level YOU choose.
- Your consultant. I’ll offer suggestions, resources, and opinions, including a nutrition template to get you going.
- Your cheerleader. You’ll get encouragement, support and guidance.
Having a Pocket Coach will allow you to pursue your wellness goals at your pace, have a sounding board, and get constructive feedback. You will have private Voxer Access to Elisa, who is guaranteed to respond within 24 hours, between Monday thru Friday, 9am-5pm EST.
How Often Can You Use a Pocket Coach?
Ideally, you’ll check in daily - but that's up to you.
I would love to hear from you! I mean, you’re paying for it, so I want you to use it. You could:
- send me a picture of what you ate
- the workout you did
- your weekly goal
- your daily protein intake
- ask for a recommendation for a recipe
- talk about upcoming plans for the weekend
- discuss travel plans
- and many more!
The options are nearly endless. The more you check in, the more beneficial it’ll be. I mean, if you know you’re checking in with your coach, will you eat that muffin? (teehee)

How Pocket Coach Works
Plain and simple: You pick the level of accountability you need. Pocket Coach lets you seek wellness on your terms AND have someone supporting you.
It’s as if we are playing a tennis match. I serve you the first ball, and you lob it back. As we go back and forth, we start playing! If you don’t hit that ball back, it gets harder to keep the game going. But as long as you keep hitting it back, some shots go long, some short, some high, some low - but we keep playing, and YOU keep progressing.
NOTE: All Pocket Coach options require you completing the foundational "From Loathing to Loving" course. That course is a prerequisite to working with Elisa individually.
Pocket Coach Pricing
Pocket Coach pricing starts as low as $99/month. All contracts are for six months at a time, because that's enough to be consistent, make changes, and see results. Prices range from $3.30 to $6.63 a day, which is LESS than what many people spend on coffee, tea, wine, or beer each DAY. Cancellations
Sometimes we need coaching for a season. Other times we need it for longer. If you want or need to stop the Pocket Coaching, you give 30 days notice via email to stop your monthly plan. Easy peasy!
